I have been a member of Teaze Dance and Fitness for almost 6 months. From the first time I walked in there I felt like I belonged. I decided to try the Burlesque and Chair Dance classes. I loved it but while my class was going on, I was watching the pole class. Ok I have to admit I was intrigued and must admit its been a long time fantasy of mine to swing around the pole. I was excited to find that there was a TEAZE KITTENS KLUB and for the low price of $99 I could get unlimited classes....YIPPIE!!!! I signed up to be a member and I am hooked. I have to admit that I cant name any favorite teacher because they are all awesome "GIRLS". I love Inversion Class. I never thought I would see the day I could do any of those moves hanging upside down on a pole. I am probably the oldest "student" at 53 yrs young and I am treated like I am one of the young girls. I have never been told or treated like I am too old to do a move...actually sometimes I think I am more of a dare devil than some of the younger girls. Lynn, Adrian, Amanda, Lauren, and Erica thank you from the bottom of my heart for being the awesome teachers that you are but, most of all for having faith in me that I CAN keep up with the young ones. I would like to think that maybe someday soon I could be good enough to be on the Pole Team. I think I can be a role model for older women who want to take a class but, don't think they can.

Teaze Dance and Fitness has been a great outlet for a fun workout. I have learned many moves and tricks that make me feel more confident as a woman! I feel comfortable around the new group of friends I have made, which makes working out a fun experience.

My favorite instructors would be Erica and Lynn. Thanks for all the private lessons that we have had. I have gained upper body strength that I never had and more self confidence that I needed! Thank you for opening a place like this for girls who want a new experience workout!!

I started Teaze because I needed a Dance/Fitness place to go to. I tried to find something that worked with my schedule and this seemed to be the best fit for me. Since I started, my boyfriend has mentioned that my body has changed significantly. I have toned my arms dramatically (something that I am self conscious about). I love the classes! Each class is different and a challenge. It is a great way to work out, meet new people, and build a lot of self confidence. I am at level 2 in less than a month and I don't see myself slowing down anytime soon! Thank you Teaze! Your staff rocks too!

I recently took a group of 12 girls to Teaze for a bachelorette party. We had the time of our lives! A few girls started out very shy, but Lynn quickly broke them out of their shells. By the end of just one hour, she had us doing moves that we never thought we could accomplish in our first class! She was very encouraging and very fun to be around. This is a very unique workout to break the routine of the treadmill. You will be feeling great about yourself while breaking a sweat! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to get fit or just have some fun. Can't wait to find a place like this where I live in Texas!

Much success in all that you are doing. I am really impressed with your operation. I love to see other powerful women creating and making their way out there. While I did not attend as much as I would have liked, your classes were really fun and helped me on a personal level in being comfortable with moving my body in such a sexual and playful way.
